Fibre optic terminal wall box 16f SXOB-SC-SX-16

The optical wall box is used to terminate fibre optic cables in outdoor and indoor installations. This optical box has a high degree of protection IP 65. The surface of the optical wall box is UV resistant. It can be mounted on a pole or using a mounting kit directly on the wall. Optical box allows to terminate up to 16 fibres in combination of 16x SC simplex or 16x LC duplex, or 16x E2000. It includes 2x cable entry with a mid-span rubber cap, which means that a continuously installed cable can be terminated without interrupting rest of the fibres. The output has 16 holes for patch cables that are fitted with a rubber cap. When placing the optical patch cable into the box, it is necessary to cut the rubber cap lengthwise and pull it back together with the patch cable into the opening of the optical box. The optical box also includes a horizontal flap cassette for easier access and handling of the pigtails. The box is lockable.
