Scope of Personal Data Processing
When you contact us regarding the provision of post-warranty services, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself or your company. This data may include, in particular:
a) your first name, last name, and title;
b) date of birth;
c) residential address;
d) e-mail address;
e) telephone number;
f) job title/position.
Purpose of Processing
We use the data you provide to contact you and provide the information you requested, or for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations, i.e., an executed post-warranty service agreement. All personal data is processed in a lawful and transparent manner, and only adequate, relevant, and necessary data concerning the purpose of processing is required.
Data concerning purchases and customer behavior will be used exclusively for the lawful needs of the website operator.
We may also use your first name, last name, and e-mail address to send you commercial communications, i.e., to inform you about events, publications, or services we provide that we believe might interest you. The provision of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract and responding to your inquiries or providing requested information is our contractual requirement, and failure to provide it may result in the non-conclusion of a contract or the inability to respond to your inquiries.

Who Has Access to Your Personal Data

We will process your personal data for the period during which we provide you with our services or fulfill a mutual contract, or for the period necessary to fulfill archiving obligations under applicable legal regulations, such as the Accounting Act, the Archives and Records Management Act, or the Value Added Tax Act. For direct marketing purposes, personal data will be processed for an additional period of 10 years.

The right to restriction of processing means that until we resolve any disputes concerning the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data such that we may only store it and, where appropriate, use it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
The right to object means that you may object to the processing of your personal data processed for direct marketing purposes or on the grounds of legitimate interest. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
All data is secured against misuse and is stored on the company's servers, which are not used by any other entity.
