Code of Ethics
The Code is an ethical superstructure embodying the moral commitments of INTELEK LTD, organizační složka, ID No.: 196554821 (hereinafter referred to as "INTELEK"). It is a document governing moral attitudes, conduct, and behavior toward the company, colleagues, customers, business partners, and the public. As a corporate document, the Code exists alongside generally applicable labor laws; for every company employee, it serves as the fundamental description of the ethical standards upon which the philosophy of INTELEK is built. INTELEK strives to create a corporate culture based on an open, customer- and business-oriented, operationally safe, responsible, and—above all—human approach. Our goal is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and company prosperity in the spirit of the principles set forth in our Code.
Core Principles and Legal Compliance
This Code is based on the principles of integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and responsibility. It is designed to comply with, supplement, and contribute to legal provisions. However, this Code of Ethics does not replace the law. In the event of any conflict between applicable law and the guidelines of this Code of Ethics, the legal provisions shall prevail.
Objectives and Expectations
The objective of INTELEK is to fulfill its defined strategy to the maximum extent possible, to prosper, and to uphold the principles of fair business. The Code formulates the fundamental expectations of INTELEK in relation to its employees, among employees themselves, and toward those with whom INTELEK conducts business, including their business partners. The Code represents INTELEK’s commitment to conducting business honestly and achieving the company's goals.
