Fibre optic wall box 8f SXOB-SC-SX-8

The optical wall box is used to terminate fibre optic cables in outdoor and indoor installations. This optical box has a high degree of protection IP 65. The surface of the optical wall box is UV resistant. It can be mounted on a pole or using a mounting kit directly on the wall. The optical box allows up to 8 fibres to be
terminated in a combination of 8x SC simplex or 8x LC duplex or 8x E2000 adapters. It includes 3x cable entry with a mid-span rubber cap, which means that a continuously installed cable can be terminated without interrupting rest of the fibres. The output has 8 holes for patch cables, which are provided with a rubber cap plus an auxiliary opening for inserting/removing the connector of the patch cable. When the patch cable is placed, the rubber cap is removed and a plastic sleeve is used instead to seal the space between the patch cable jacket and the box opening. The optical box also includes a vertical flap cassette, ensuring easier access and handling of the pigtails. The box is lockable.
