The new Grand floor-standing distribution cabinet – excellent quality at a great price
We have added a new model series called Grand to our Solarix floor-standing distribution cabinets.
The Grand Series floor-standing modular data cabinet is designed for the installation of both passive and active components of structured cabling systems. The design aims to provide a versatile 19" cabinet for a variety of high-value-added applications.

The basic structure of the Grand cabinet consists of a demountable frame comprising a base, a top, and four uprights. Vertical rails are attached to the base and top, allowing for the installation of equipment in the 19-inch standard.
The front of the cabinet features all-glass doors made of clear tempered safety glass (EN 12150-1) with an opening angle of up to 180° and a cylinder lock with single-point locking. The design allows the door opening direction to be changed. The removable rear and side covers are secured with cylinder locks that use the same key as the door.
There are openings in the ceiling and bottom for cable entry and warm air exhaust, sealed with snap-off plugs. The warm air exhaust openings are designed for installation of a VJ-R2, 4, or 6 ventilation unit. The cable entry openings allow for the installation of power cables terminated with a three-phase plug.

19" vertical rails
19" vertical rails allow for the installation of rack-mounted equipment. The cabinet design also allows the position of the vertical rails to be adjusted along the depth of the cabinet.
Available variants
Height: 22, 26, 32, 36, 42, 45 and 47 U
Width: 600 and 800 mm
Depth: 600, 800 and 1 000 mm
Construction: 0.8 mm thick sheet metal, 1.5 mm galvanized support rails
Load capacity: standard 600 kg (with uniform load)
IP rating: standard IP20
Color options: powder coating in light gray RAL 7035 or black BK
Installation and leveling
Each cabinet includes four height-adjustable leveling feet. These allow the enclosure to be set up on an uneven floor. If these feet are not used, the enclosure can be placed directly on the floor. The bottom of the enclosure has no protruding elements.
Enclosure Grounding Connection
All structural components of the enclosure are electrically connected to each other. The conductive connection of the doors and side panels to the cabinet frame is achieved using grounding cables with a cross-section of 6 mm² for a maximum current load of 63 A. For higher current loads, grounding cables with a larger cross-section must be used.
Accessories
A wide range of standard 19" accessories can be ordered for the enclosure, such as shelves, blanking panels, cable management panels, and many others, including special accessories upon customer request.
