Entry of a new sales return

For entering a new sales return (new RMA), please start by selecting whether you wish to claim a product or shipment.

A shipment sales return is made when:

I have received other product or other quantity of product than ordered
I have ordered a product and I realized I actually do not want it
I have not received the product in time
I have ascertained irregularities in documents
the product was damaged in shipping

A product sales return is made when:

I claim the quality of a delivered product
I claim a defective product
