In cooperation with its suppliers, the INTELEK s.r.o. company offers cabling sets and cables according to customers' needs.

Coaxial Cables
These systems can be made of the "standard" RG coaxial cables, Low Loss cables, or Low Loss cables of the special design with frequencies up to 26 GHz. The cables designed for outdoor use are equipped with a special heat-shrinking tube, which will ensure water-tightness of the connection.

Twisted Pair Cables
We manufacture these types of cables designed for computer networks in various standard lengths in categories of "5", "5E" and "6". The cables can be manufactured in several color variations to improve orientation and comprehensiveness within the cable systems.
We treat the cable connectors with molten plastic protection in various colors. Based on the customer request, we can custom-manufacture these cables in unconventional lengths and designs.

Optical Cables and Pigtails
Our standard production is aimed at optical cables used primarily for computer networks. These cables can feature either ST or SC connectors. We also deliver systems for other types of applications, e.g. for TV cabling or special outdoor routing. The full line of optical components includes several dozens of types. Advance Production Preparation
The INTELEK spol. s r.o. company offers its customers the cooperation in advance preparation of cables. The advance preparation means:

• cable unreeling from the cable coil
• required cable length measuring and cutting
• cable reeling (ball or cable coil)

These operations are performed on an automated production line – accurate cable measuring and cutting. This production line consists of the following:

• motor-driven cable unreeling – ensures continuous cable unreeling – drum weight up to 40 kg – drum diameter up to 500 mm – cable diameter up to 10 mm
• universal cutting machine – this is the universal, fast and accurate cutting machine; high accuracy of the repeated cutting lengths is achieved by the pneumatic control of the shifting wheel pressure
• dual reeling machine – ensures accurate reeling of the cable to the identical diameter
